Internet Webhosting : SERVER MIGRATION EXERCISE

Dear Valued Customer,

Over the past 6 months, network problems at TIME Datacenter have been increasing and causing frequent downtime. After much investigation, we concluded that majority of those downtimes were problems by TIME Datacenter and not within our realm of control.

After much consideration, the management has decided to move away all servers in TIME to AIMS Datacenter which is our most stable data centre currently.
All servers will be shutdown at 6.00pm (GMT+8 Malaysian time) on 18th October 2008.

The estimated downtime is less than 7 hours and we expect all servers to be up and running by 1.00am (GMT+8 Malaysia time) on 19th October 2008.

Please note the following migration schedule:
Date: 18th October 2008 to 19th October 2008
Time: 6.00pm to 1.00am (GMT+8)
Total Estimated downtime: Less than 7 hours
IP Affected: 124.217.240.xxx to 124.217.255.xxx

There will be no IP change since we will broadcast the same IP to the new location.
