Internet-Webhosting is once again looking for suitable candidate to work in Sales & Support division.

Level 1 Sales & Technical Support

Responsibilities:

1. Position is for Level 1 Sales & Technical Support
2. To interact with the customers over the Phone, E-Mail, Fax & Walk-in, to provide the necessary Sales & Support Services .
3. Work as part of the Sales & Support Team to maintain and improve existing systems.
4. Will handle various hosting control panel , HELM, Cpanel, Plesk etc.
5. Travel to various Datacenter for server’s related jobs / issue (Installation & Maintenance).
6. Working in UNIX and Windows environment .
7. Willing to works in long working hours if required.
8. Basic Job Training will be provided by the company.

Requirements:

1. Most required is VERY FANATIC in Internet & Webhosting field.
2. Intermediate Knowledge in designing websites, Installing PHP & ASP Scripts and also in Adobe & Macromedia Tools.
3. Knowledge in PHP & ASP Programming Language is an added advantage.
4. Able to communicate well and fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
5. Required skill(s): Basic Unix/Linux Operating System, Windows Server.
6. Applicants must be willing to work in USJ, Subang Jaya and have own transport.
7. Applicant must be willing to start work immediately.
8. Applicants also must willing to work on 3 shift basis.

Basic Salary Range : RM850.00 - RM1,300.00 (Not Including Allowance and Other Incentives)
